Hi! My name is Aj and Im an Independent Advisor here to help! I get how frustrating it is. I would suggest to reset the microsoft store and Xbox app. Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > find Microsoft Store (and Xbox app) > Advanced options > Reset. Then restart PC and try again.
Also, make sure you have the updated Gaming services, reinstalling it might work too.
